Refund & Exchange Policy
At Lune Studios, we take great pride in the quality of our products. However, if you encounter any issues, we’re here to help. Please review our policy below:
1. Refunds
We’re unable to offer refunds on all purchases. If the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order with a photo of the issue, and we will arrange for a replacement or issue a store credit. Replacements will only cover the defective nails, not the entire set. We are unable to offer any replacements or store credits for items that are not faulty, or if the set has been worn or used.
2. Exchanges
Exchanges are only available for defective items or if an error occurred with your order. If you would like to request an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with supporting photos of the issue. For size-related issues, we recommend checking our size guide before ordering, as we are unable to exchange for a different size. No exchanges are permitted once the product has been used or worn.
3. Return Shipping
If you are eligible for a replacement or exchange, return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is an error on our part, store credits will be issued accordingly.
4. Store Credit
We will issue a store credit for the value of the item(s) returned. Store credits are valid for 3 months from the date of issue.
