Due to hygiene considerations, all sales are final. We are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind, personal preference, incorrect sizing selections, or requests to receive a different style or size.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, faulty, or you have received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

If approved, we will offer a suitable resolution. In most cases, this will be provided in the form of a replacement, exchange, or store credit. Refunds are not typically offered.
Return Eligibility
If a return is approved, the item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received.

Incorrect Sizing
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size before placing an order.
We provide a sizing guide and measuring instructions to help you find your best fit. As sizing is selected by the customer, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for incorrectly ordered sizes.
For customers who require a more tailored fit, we offer a Custom Sizing Add-On.
Custom Orders
Orders placed with the Custom Sizing Add-On are made specifically to the measurements provided and are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
Product Colour Variations
We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However, actual colours may vary slightly due to lighting conditions during photography and differences in individual screen settings.
Such variations are not considered defects and do not qualify for refunds or exchanges.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Please ensure all order details are correct before completing your purchase, as we are unable to accept cancellations once an order has been placed.
If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. While we will do our best to accommodate requests, we cannot guarantee modifications once an order has been placed. Orders that have already been processed or dispatched cannot be modified.
Refunds

Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
