International

International Duties & Taxes
Customs duties, taxes, and import fees (if applicable) are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer.
As customs regulations vary by country, we are unable to estimate or advise the exact amount of any applicable fees.
Incorrect Shipping Information

Lost or Delayed Parcels
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of our control. While we are unable to guarantee delivery times or accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit, we will do our best to assist you in resolving any shipping issues with the carrier.
